Jimbo's is open Thursday through Sunday for dinner and for lunch on weekends from November to May. We are sometimes closed for private events so please call 518-494-4460 to make a reservation or to ensure that our restaurant is open.

Our cuisine reflects our love of fresh ingredients and rich flavors. Refusing to be limited to a rigid category, our fare is influenced by ideas from around the world. We add new dishes to our menu often for our loyal patrons, many of whom dine with us every weekend. Our Annual New Year's Celebration

Toast the New Year with us. Just bring a hearty appetite and your dancing shoes. Let us bring the Champagne and our chef will prepare a delicious dinner.
