Jimbo's is open Thursday through Saturday for dinner from November to May. We are sometimes closed for private events so please call 518-494-4460 to make a reservation or to ensure that our restaurant is open.

Our cuisine reflects our love of fresh ingredients and rich flavors. Refusing to be limited to a rigid category, our fare is influenced by ideas from around the world. We add new dishes to our menu often for our loyal patrons, many of whom dine with us every weekend. We believe that variety is the spice of life and our Chefs dream up new specials for you each week. Our Annual New Year's Celebration

Toast the New Year with us. Just bring a hearty appetite and your dancing shoes. Let us bring the Champagne and our chef will carve or prepare a delicious dinner before your eyes. Our New Year's party includes terrific music and fun for you and your guests. We offer a selection of delicious appetizers, entrees and deserts at stations staffed by our chefs.
