Whether you prefer a formal dinner or a casual meal with drinks by our beautiful stone fireplace, Jimbo’s Club will not disappoint. Our cuisine has a reputation for both its superb taste and beautiful presentation. 

Our restaurant is open to the public from December to March, Thursday through Saturday.  Our chefs are constantly dreaming up new items to delight our patrons, so our menu changes weekly.

Experienced Chefs

Our culinary team is known throughout the Adirondacks for their creativity and skilled preparation of each meal. We are always willing to accommodate the special dietary needs of our guests, including, but not limited to: gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, and nut-free dishes.

Cuisine

Our cuisine reflects our love of fresh ingredients and rich flavors. Refusing to be limited to a rigid category, our food is influenced by ideas from around the world.

Three Course, Three Choice Thursday

Each Thursday, Jimbo’s will offer a three-course dinner with your choice of three appetizers, three entrees and three desserts all for $19.95.
